This Valentine’s Day, train together with someone you care about and learn how to protect each other when it matters most.

This two-hour, partner-based self-defense seminar focuses on real-world preparedness, practical decision-making, and realistic training scenarios designed to help you and your loved one get home safe.

No prior training or martial arts experience is required.
