Monday: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM  &  5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
 
Tuesday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
 
Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
 
Thursday: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM  &  5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
 
Friday: Closed
 
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
 
Sunday: Closed


Private and introduction classes available outside of regular hours of operation. Call or schedule for more information.
